In the spirit of summer picnics, fun and love, I’ve developed my own little recipe for OOOOH AHHHHH Love. Like any good recipe, try it out, enjoy it often and feel free to make adjustments. This recipe doesn’t care who you love and how long you’ve been loving them! Just love away!

Judy Kinney’s Recipe for OOOOH AHHHHH Love

ENJOY:
feeling good, happy, and joyful

Ah, this ingredient is the foundation for life and for all other ingredients in this recipe. Trust what feels good to you and the other ingredients come to life with such ease.
The Law of Attraction brings you what you vibrate emotionally. Do you want feel good, happy connections with women? I do! Welcome feeling good as your guide for life and love.

what you want AND what you already have.
Heck yeah, life is your own personal candy store. There is no need to pretend you like soy chocolate when Belgium milk chocolate is what really stirs your taste buds. This is true for all aspects of your life, yes?

Being clear about what you like AND thankful for what you have, sends a clear and direct message to the universe. And you know, the universe only knows how to agree with you!

Not sure what you really want? Notice and act on what feels good.

days filled with “I love you”, “thank you”, joy and laughter.
This is my sentimental favorite ingredient. Talk to yourself, your animals, kids, friends, the grocery clerk and say “I love you” and “thank you” a zillion times during the day.
Can you see how these phrases create a fabulously loving energy? WOW, you’ll have the universe zeroing in on you with all sorts of love and kindness!

And laughing? This quote sums it up so well!

I’ve always thought that a big laugh is a really loud noise from the soul saying, “Ain’t that the truth.” ~Quincy Jones

being relaxed and confident about attracting what you desire to your life.
Relaxed and confident about love and dating? Sure! One easy way to step into this idea is to think of a time when you felt truly relaxed and confident. How does this relaxed confidence feel in your body? Now, imagine approaching love and romance with the same feeling. Yep! Just like that!

the process of meeting and getting to know other women.
This ingredient pairs really well with being relaxed and confident. If you know you’re going to have love like you desire, you’re free to enjoy meeting women. You will meet them online, at potlucks, a dance, the dog park or a gathering of friends. Who cares where you meet when you enjoy the process!

a range of relationships in your life- friends, lovers, day to day partners and any combination of these.
Meeting women under the guise of finding “the one” is stressful. And stress is just going to attract more stress, right? Is there a difference in your energy if your goal was to have a full and fabulous range of genuine relationships? Often we start off as one sort of relationship and often end up as another, right?

Last, but not least, enjoy
your life and engage with people who also love their life.
Look around, my friends, you’re smack dab in the middle of the best part! Whether it’s local or long distance friends, books, ezines, or classes, surround yourself with people who will support your dreams and have fabulous dreams of their own.

Ready to dig in?

Mix all ingredients together, in any order. Stir when ever the mood feels right. Eat with a spoon, a fork, your hand or pick up the bowl and slurp. Share with others.

Above all, ENJOY!!!

Ok, my epicurean, foodie, love pals. .. tell me how this recipe for oooh aaah love stirs YOUR taste buds!

Bon appetite!

So cool, Chef Deanna! I look forward to hearing more about what you stir up w/ that love cookbook of yours!

I’m really getting into the idea of cooking up some love! Feeds my soul, what about you?

    Hi Judy,
This is a great list! I found your blog off of the women’s blog site. Where have you been all my life!!!

I love the Law of Attraction, and as a 46 year old, recently single dyke, I like the idea of things being a bit easier, a bit more fun. Count me in!

Anyone wanna try cooking something up with me? ha
I do know how to boil water with the best of ‘em!

  4. Jeannette Says:

I’m with Devon, except maybe instead of just a bit easier, it could be COMPLETELY easy. “Easy! Easy! Easy!”

Yay for Easy. Thanks for the reminder, Coach Judy! Love you! :)

  5. Liz Says:

    Hi Judy!
Was Quincy Jones talking about you? You are “out” about having the BEST laugh, right?

This material is a great addition to your Dating 101 class. I can relate to dating and love as if cooking.

Thanks coach, btw, I’m dating, and dare I say-enjoying the process? I AM having fun and things are going smoother than ever. Relaxed? Well, let’s just say, now that’s a process! lol
EASY EASY EASY? sure! as you always say, “Why Not?”

Thanks again for setting the bar high AND low at the same time!

See you this weekend in Phoenix?

  6. admin Says:

    Easy it is!!!

It is definitely one of the words on my short list of how I want love to be.

OMGosh we’ve gotten some silly messages to the contrary though!

I’m wondering what EASY EASY EASY love looks like to folks?

    Any opinions?

  7. Cathy Says:

I must say the cookbook for love has me salivating and thinking about what ingredients I would like in that recipe. It also inspires me to come up with a food recipe book to pair up this recipe for love. Those ooh aah foods that can be made with love. You know which ones they are, they make you express that audible “mmmm “or “oh my gawd that’s delicious!”…like yummy chocolate moltens or raspberry mousse. It doesn’t have to be a dessert only book. Seems to me relationships build, starting off with appetizers, proceeding to a main course, then dessert - a delicious bonus. Think I might be hungry.
    Great analogy coach. Thanks.

  8. Judy Says:

hmmmmm, I like the idea of relationships that resemble hot chocolate moltens for the main course and raspberry mouse for dessert! lol

    Talk about easy!
